Splendide Combination Washer/Dryer 2000S

filter cleaning

Did not get a manual with my unit as it was used..need to know how to clean the filter at bottom right of the machine. I thought I remembered from my last unit that the dryer had to be running, btu got LOTS of water! Help!!
