My dishes become hard

Dear Samsung my microwave model no. is G273V.My problem is that when I cook Bati or naan my bati become very hard (although i follow all instructions) Please suggest me how to overcome from this problem as I am veg and I brought this microwave because I want to make Nan.Thanx in advance
