    PLEASE ASSIST ME IN FINDING A MANUAL FOR THE ABM350. THE MACHINE WAS GIVEN TO ME BY A FRIEND, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO MANUAL OF INSTRUCTIONS AND I AM ANXIOUS TO BEGIN USING THE MACHINE......
