Cornelius Ice Maker IAC 322

not making ice

the ice machine stopped making ice. we have checked all parts and they are in the correct place it, has dumped one batch in 48 hours. the water is running over the curtain but not freezing, i just looked again and it is about 1/2 froze but is not running at all at this time
