Kenmore Gas Oven 790.7103031

Spark Igniter

I changed HSI and it works now, but now my top stoves dont ignite (no clicking sound). I had to disconnect wires in back to spark igniter and think they are hooked up right...not sure. Does it have to be grounded (didnt screw in all the lil screws when done). It was working prior to me messing with it and also, the clock is missing the top line on the first number...odd? Did I screw it up? thx
