Mistral Dishwasher MDW12E

Our Mistral dishwasher, starts, gets about half way through the cycle and starts beeping and Err 3 appears on the screen. When you open the door of the dishwasher it is full of water in the bottom,like it cant drain. Have had all the motors and pumps tested, everything is fine. It was suggested that there might be a short in the control panel on the front of the dishwasher.
