freezer leaking

the freezer still freezes but, it defrost or something and melts some of the ice build up the bottom section up to the bottom drawer and then refreezes, and then the next time it does this the water runs out the bottom of the door.It does this about twice a day, and the coil or condensor on the inside of the freezer sometimes will glow bright red. Could you please help me with this problem. Thank You
