  electrical problem    circuit has power, light bulbs ok but fan and lights do not work when buttons on control panel are pushed. Fan speed indicator lights do work.

  wiring    My hood has a white, black and green wire(green already attached to the grounding point. I bought a 3-wire cord to connect up the hood. It of course has a green ground wire but has two grey wires instead of a white and black. Does it matter which grey goes to the white and black? If so, how do yo…
