    I can't move my cooler, it's under my counter and it's too heavy    can't get the temperature to reset! all of my wine is WARM, I c an't get it below 85 degrees farenheit. My cooler has an upper and lower "chamber" with digital read and 2 buttons to "reset". No matter what I do, hold, press, timing, etc - nothing works
