  Can't pop popcorn    I can't pop popcorn in my microwave and it drives me nuts. Either it doesn't pop anything or it burns it before it's half way done. I've tried changing the power and manually putting in the time. Obviously the popcorn button doesn't work. What can I do?

  Please help find the manual for this Oster    I've lost my manual and have searched the internet for information on containers that can be used for the bake/grill/roast/convection without burning or melting. Even the store I purchased the item doesn't have any info on it.

  Stay ON    Even microwave not in use. power plug ON then its just moving plate all the time. please help me. Oster company is not good they're not helping with repair, troublshoot or replacement
