  How do we order a part from Rival?    I bought a Rival Chocolate Fountain a couple of years ago, and I hadn't had reason to use it. Now I need to and it is missing a "guard". The store is no longer carrying them and I have e-mailed the company to no response. Does anyone know of a website where I can buy this guard?
