  hot tap    The hot tap has broken on my dispenser I have finally got a replacement from the Co.
  Trouble is the face plate will not come off to replace the tap,

  locating parts    mine is not stainless steel but i can't find a model number...it has hot and cold and room temp water as well as a little frig in the bottom. I teach and someone used my room over the summer ....i can only speculate as to what happened but think the hot was on ans no water in it...but the circular…
